Gabon Holiday and Business Visa
Everyone travelling to Gabon needs to obtain a visa to enter the country. Visa First organises visas for people travelling for tourist and business purposes.
To apply for a visa to Gabon you need to provide the following documents:
Tourist visas:
- Original passport valid for at least 6 months from entry date with at least 1 blank visa page
- Proof of residency if holding a passport different from the country where you’re applying from – i.e. copy of valid visa, GNIB card etc.
- 1 completed and signed visa application form
- 1 recent passport size colour photograph
- Proof of address – recent utility bill showing the name of the applicant and the address
- Proof of sufficient funds
- Copy of Yellow Fever Certificate
- Copy of round trip tickets or confirmed travel itinerary
- Copy of confirmed hotel reservation issued directly from the hotel
OR
Accommodation Certificate which is to be sent by a person living / residing in Gabon, notarised by the appropriate city hall in Gabon - Pre-paid, self addressed, special delivery envelope
Business visas:
- Original passport valid for at least 6 months from entry date with at least 1 blank visa page

- To include the applicant’s name, nationality, date of birth, passport number, passport dates of issue and expiry
- To include the purpose of the visit, the period of stay and the company that is to be visited with its location
- To specify the requested number of entries and the length of the visa required
- To guarantee sufficient funds
- Letter of invitation from the company in Gabon (copy is acceptable) to be on company letterhead paper
- To include the name of the applicant
